Breaking the Fast Day 1

Today I am breaking my 4 day water fast with juices.  My first juice is "Naked" brand green machine.  I selected this juice because of the vegatable content in it.  It doesnt taste awful.  Leaves a wierd taste in the back of my mouth though.  I keep telling myself it's good and good for me so I can psychologicoly hype myself up into liking it.
My first glass is diluted (4oz juice, 4oz water)
I woke up today feeling like I could continue my fast.  I had a renewed energy and no stomach hunger what-so-ever. 
However, I am eager to hit the gym, so I must nourish my body appropriately.  I plan on juicing for 3 days, then move onto solid food of fruits and vegatables for 2 days before i add nuts, seeds, and lean meats.
Though my fast has ended, I must applaud myself for the restraint and self discipline I showed throughout these last 4 days.  I have given into NO temptations and I still stand my grounds regarding foods.  I could binge is I wanted to right now, but not only will that make me sick, but it would also defeat the purpose of this fast.  A common mistake people make when fasting is consuming the wrongs food and eating too much of it when they break a fast. 
So, if you decide you want to do a short fast, I highly recommend reading up on it.
Although what I'm doing for the next three days is considered a "Juice Fast", it's far different from water, let me tell you.  I also plan on taking my vitamin b complex LIQUID drops. 
Taking a liquid drop instead of a pill is far mre beneficial.  A pill more likely will not be absorbed due to your body's lack of digestion.  Take the liquids!
So this is my check up for morning of Breaking the fast with juices day 1.

Current weight- 256.4
Original weight-268.8
Total loss in 4 days- 12.4lbs =)
