The last 2 days i have been posting these blogs the morning after, but it's the same none the less. This was an ok day. I slept in and missed my yogalates class. I'm not too worried though because my arms are sore beyond belief. I can barely lift a cigarette to my fat mouth.
Still constipated.
Todays menu was-
Breakfast- 3 hardboiled egg whites (NO yolks), small glass of juice
Lunch- Turkey on what pits with raw spinach and mustard, water.
Snack- 1 orange
Dinner- 3oz chicken breast, 1 carrot stick, 1/2 lemon
Snack- 2 carrot sticks, 2 pickle spears, few bites of brown and wild grain rice (only a few bites because the wild grain part of it looked like dead bugs so i chose not to eat it)
My night tine snack was large because for some reason my body was craving something. It wasn't a normal "junk food" craving, but, instead, a type of 'I need some sort of nutient I am not getting' craving. I badly wanted to give into something hearty, but I didn't and instead loaded up on carrot sticks.
Todays weight was a gain of 2lbs.
Current Weight- 254.2
Original Weight- 268.8
