Today is the ending of my 1st day of water fasting. I chose to begin my diet with this because the cleansing benefits can only kick start my weight loss journey.
I have consumed nothing today but water. Although I feel like maybe I didn't drink enough of it today, I'm hoping for a drop in the scale tomorrow. Another thing is on a water fast you arent to smoke cigarettes, however, I cant just cut out cigarettes AND food... so I am still smoking.
Some problems I hope will go away or lesson the symptoms, with a good cleansing and losing a large amount of weight...
I have pitting edema pretty bad in my legs
I have IBS (hoping for an easing of symptoms)
I have ulcers (and repeated acid reflux)
I have heel spurs (bone fragments that stick into my heel from carrying all this weight)
I have arthritis in my left knee
I have high cholesterol
A bit about me regarding this diet...
I am female, 26 years old, regular smoker and drinker. I have 2 children (I gained 100lbs from my 1st pregnancy)
My current weight as of this morning is 268.8lbs. My goal is 168. I carry most of my weight in my mid section.
So, there ya have it. We will see what tomorrow brings!
