I have decided this will be my last day of fasting. I am so weak and dizzy. I know these are common side effects of it, but at this point I would just rather consume some nutrients and work out. Im ready for that.
Tomorrow I will be starting Juicing for 3 days.
I woke up to a 2lb loss for a total of 10.4lbs gone. I am aware i will put back on about 5lbs or so, but this was a great start to my healthy eating diet. Once i am done with the 3 days of juicing and get onto healthier foods and boost my energy and metabolism I will begin going to the gym.
My mood is good. My mind is a bit foggy and I'm incredibaly lethargic. It's definently no fun these fasts. So if you intend on doing one and you are a first timer, I say do it for 3 days and no more.

Bring on the juice! I am so ready for this!
