Healthy Living Day 1

Today I woke up early again.  I've been getting up around 7 something a.m. ever since I was fasting.  I don't know why.  Usually I'm a sleep till 10am kind of gal.  But I guess being up that early allows me to feel like I'm not wasting the day.  Also less sluggish.  Perhaps my nightly sleep has improved to teh point I don't need as much?  I don't know.
So Today is my first day of eating a normal healthy diet.  My meals included-

8am- Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs (only one yolk, though)
                           16oz (diluted) naked juice (blueberry one)
10am- 1 carrot, 1/2 'light' string cheese
12pm- 3 slices of deli 'natural' turkey on whole wheat pita bread, topped with "veggie cheese", mustard and raw spinach leaves.
            1 glass of Naked 'green machine' juice (diluted)

1:30 I went to the gymand did 20 minutes on the treadmill and some (not much) arm strengthening exercises.
3pm- had 1 orange
5:30pm- had one plate of fresh steamed green beans and onions, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.  (steamed from chicken broth, also)

I intend on having one more carrot stick tonight, and only water to drink.

My loss this morning was .4.  It's not much, but it's better than a gain.
