So today I didn't drink much juice. Or water for that matter. I ended my juicing tonight with about 1/4 cup of brown rice. It was pretty bland. I was hoping for a big taste bud change, but, that's alright. I added sea salt, pepper and a tad bit of olive oil to it and it made it a little better.
I did have a few shots last night. Boy did I poo faced from that little bit. I must say, I did not give into the temptations of food! Which was fantastic because I woke up to a 2.2lb loss.
I'm expecting either a small loss or a stall on the scale tomorrow due to the rice. But once I get eating solids and have more strength and energy I will be hitting up that gym, baby!
