Healthy Living Day 2

Today I went to Zumba class at the gym.  I felt very out of place there.  I was the fattest person there.  I couldn't keep up with the steps, and I kept ketting so out of breath and dizzy I thought I was going to pass out.  But I stuck it out and stayed the entire hour.
Today's weight was the same as yesterday.  I'm also constipated.  If you'd like to know.
Today I ate-
Breakfast- 2 egg whites and a glass of blueberry juice.
Lunch- 1 small chicken breast wrapped in a low carb wheat tortilla with raw spinach leaves and a carrot stick.
Snack- half a lemon
Dinner- steamed green beans, 1 1/2 hard boiled egg whites and 1 carrot stick.

I feel like I'm eating a lot, and I question it.  but when it's typed out, it's not much and it's so healthy.   I don't know.
